A search engine friendly (SEF) mode is in full swing here! All components in this site use it to display plain and comprehensive URL's. News on this page are published using the List of news component, which is configured to use the virtual address
/site2/news/#ELEMENT_ID#/ for a news details page. The virtual address is handled by a special rule created in the URL processing form of the Control Panel. The address of an actually displayed page is /site2/news/index.php

For composite components, SEF support is configured in the component settings.
